Shortend fork...
So I wanted to shorten the fork on my surly.
Went to a friend of mines garage, a motorcycle builder so I trusted him with the task.
First we tried to heat up the lugs to get the forks of, but it just sat to hard.

So we shopped the off.
Rewelded them back on.
Grinded them a bit.

Latest build.
Finally got my hands on a GT gtb.
Got it home yesterday, threw the components on and went out riding.
Got to say it rides better then I thought it would, so I´m really happy with it.

Shooting with onboard camera...
To get some nice in-traffic shots I mounted my hassy and 30mm fisheye on my bike.
I got some film back a few days ago from the first testrun.
What I can see on those shots is that it works, I need to have riders in front of me, and I need to slow the shutterspeed down do get more movment on cars etc.
I do think that I´l be able to get some nice shots this way, and I´ll post them as soon as I get some.
Going out this week to shoot, so hopefully end of next week.

New blog!
This blog is dedicated to some of my fixedgear photographs and my builds.
Right now I´m in the process of producing a book about fixedgearbikes and the culture that surrounds it.
The book will contain mostly photographs taken in Stockholm but also other citys such as Malmö and Copenhagen.
I will also do small interviews with people. Shopowners, collectors, messengers, etc, etc...
Hopefully the first edition of the book will come out this summer, along with a exhibition in Stockholm.
